The Hilife Property Services division was established in 2006 to carry out small works up to £250,000 in value, and to provide a valuable service to our clients using a dedicated highly skilled team to deliver planned, reactive and rapid response maintenance services.
We actively promote best practice throughout the company and ensure that each project is assigned the most suitably qualified and experienced team to deal with that project. We can work successfully under all forms of contracts from Minor Works, Traditional Contracts and Design & Build, through to PPC2000 and Framework Contracts.
